We define the project scope in collaboration with the beneficiary / investor, based on the business plan for the construction investment project, then we establish the project management plan. We define the project breakdown – Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to monitor implementation and delivery according to objectives.

Planning and monitoring investment programs and project portfolios


We plan by methods such as Critical Path Analysis, Balance Line, Time-Location and 4D Planning, respectively simulation of the execution of works by integrating the execution graph with the 3D BIM model of the project. We offer integrated resource and cost planning and permanent monitoring of project progress based on reference planning. We make Earned Value Analysis.

Cost consultancy


We offer cost consultancy from the conception, design, offer-contracting phase to the execution of the works, using international standards to estimate, plan and control project costs with the goal of optimizing them for fitting into budget parameters.
